The clinic is located in the historic Highland Creek Village, in east Scarborough. We are in the vicinity of the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus, on the southeast corner of Morrish and Old Kingston Rd.
Free parking is available at the Highland Centre Plaza. TTC Bus Route 38 Highland Creek (stop number 8003) runs near the plaza.
Children and teens ages 19 and under, seniors ages 65 and up, and patients with specific conditions, are eligible for routine eye exams covered by OHIP. Please present a valid health card at your visit.
Our office direct bills to most insurance companies. Please bring your policy information to your visit. Please be advised, we may only bill the primary coverage.
It is recommended that each patient be informed about their health insurance coverage prior to their visit.
Anyone presenting with illness symptoms is kindly advised to wear a face mask or reschedule their appointment to a later date.

Dr. Jessica Hall was born and raised in Scarborough, Ontario. She graduated with her Doctor of Optometry and Honours Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry in 2011.
During training, she provided eye care at the Veterans Affairs hospital in Detroit, Michigan, and gained valuable experience managing diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma. After graduating, Dr. Hall worked in different practice settings in Port Perry, Ajax, Bowmanville, and Sudbury. In 2014, she opened her practice in Highland Creek Village.
Dr. Hall is a Toronto area Ambassador for the Eye See… Eye Learn children’s vision program. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists, and the Canadian Association of Optometrists. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and spending quality time with friends and family.

Dr. Lin received her Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo.
During optometry school, she completed her ocular disease externship in Florida working alongside various ophthalmologists. There, she gained valuable experience co-managing patients with ocular conditions such as cataract, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and glaucoma.
Dr. Lin is a member of the College of Optometrists of Ontario, and the Ontario Association of Optometrists. In her free time, she enjoys running, travelling and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Chau received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo and later went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University.
Throughout her clinical training, Dr. Chau stayed local to Southern California where she gained extensive experience managing advanced dry eye, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and cataracts. Dr. Chau also had the opportunity to manage several patients with corneal conditions that required fitting in specialty contact lenses.
In her free time, Dr. Chau enjoys trying out new cafes, getting brunch, and spending time with friends and family.
We offer eye exams for patients of all ages. Children can be scheduled for their first eye exam as young as 6 months old! Our optometrists co-manage conditions with other health care providers, including patients who have undergone LASIK or other eye surgeries. New patients are welcome, and no referral is required to visit our office.
We monitor and co-manage ocular conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and cataracts. Diagnostic tests such as visual fields, retinal photos, and optical coherence tomography (OCT) allow more in-depth monitoring.

We offer a range of clear and sun eyewear options, as well as therapeutic lenses for migraine sufferers. Single vision, bifocal, progressive, computer, and hobby lenses are available. We offer contact lens fitting appointments and trial periods with trial contact lenses. This ensures the right fit, optimal comfort, and clear vision when the contact lens prescription is finalized. Our team provides contact lens training sessions to teach new contact lens wearers how to insert and remove contact lenses, and how to care for them properly. Visual requirements, hobbies and daily tasks are discussed to help decide which type of contact lens is right for each patient. Ask us about the newest innovations in contact lenses!
Our office offers a variety of products such as artificial tears, eyelid scrubs and cleansers, warm compresses, eyeglasses cases, cloths and cleaning solutions.
Children who are in junior or senior kindergarten are eligible for one pair of complimentary prescription glasses. Please inquire to see if your child qualifies.
Myopia (near-sightedness) is on the rise and the typical age of onset is between ages 6 to 12. As the eyes grow during development, the amount of myopia typically increases and stronger eyeglasses are required to see more clearly. We offer the following services to slow the rate of myopia in children and teens:
